South Haven Dory

Here is the hull flipped over with the zip ties cut off.

The bottom is trimmed down and all the sharp edges are rounded off. Except the stem.

Not long after this photo we rounded out the stem as well, BUT forgot to take a pic of it.

Stern detail. The plans called for a transom of 1/4" ply. We laminated 2 pieces of luan for the transom. It's a little less than 1/2"

The transom faired.and ready for fiberglass.

We were too busy to take photos during the glassing but here is a photo of the bottom all glassed up. Later we will encapsulate the entire hull in epoxy

Now how do we remove the threads that pull from the fiberglass??
